Shipping policy

Processing Orders: Orders may take up 1-2 business days before being shipped.

Shipping/ Delivery Rates: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time takes up to 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on Holidays.

Tracking your Order: You will receive a conformation email once your items have been shipped within 24 hours with your tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: ArtsByK is not responsible for any customs or taxes added to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: ArtsByK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
